About Sword Testing Stone

Sword Testing Stone is a split boulder on Beigu Mountain linked by local tradition with Liu Bei and Sun Quan testing their swords. The story belongs to the wider Three Kingdoms memory of the mountain, alongside Ganlu Temple and its marriage legend. It is a small physical site, but it becomes more meaningful when visited on a route through the temple complex, towers and riverside viewpoints. Look for it as a narrative stop within the landscape rather than a stand-alone monument.
