About Suqian Museum

A Han-style museum beside Xiang Yu's Native Place, opened in 2014 with 15,000 square metres of halls and about 5,200 artefacts. The permanent exhibition traces Suqian from the Neolithic Shunshanji culture — whose cooking stove is hailed as the "first hearth of China" — through the Chu-Han age and the canal era; free with ID, closed Mondays.
