About Plum Garden (Meiyuan)

Once the private garden of industrialist Rong Zongjing, this hillside garden boasts over 5,000 plum trees that erupt into pink and white blossoms each February–March. The garden also offers panoramic views of Taihu Lake from its hilltop pavilion.
