About Nanchan Temple

Originally built in 547 during the Southern Dynasties, this is Wuxi's oldest temple. The 32-meter Northern Song pagoda (1046) is the city's tallest ancient structure. The surrounding pedestrian street is Wuxi's busiest night market.
